Hi, I’m Ribert

I’m 29, born and raised in the Dominican Republic until I was 12, now on the East Coast. I spent the last year and a half researching what actually works for hunger, energy crashes, and cravings. Testing everything on myself.

The answer kept pointing back to one place. Mediterranean eating. Real food, simple combinations, no tracking apps. The wellness industry has made this complicated on purpose. My abuela in DR figured this out 70 years ago and called it “comida.”
